ALL NATIONS TOURNAMENT 2018

The much loved and enjoyed All Nations football tournament is back in 2018 to give players the opportunity to represent their nation of origin and bring home the cherished All Nations tournament cup.

All funds raised from this years All Nations tournament will be invested in the Lindfield FC & Active Opportunities disability football program for children.

Lindfield FC collaborated with local charity, Active Opportunities Inc, in May 2018 to deliver a football program for children with a disability each Saturday morning at the Lindfield Sports Centre. All funds raised will be invested to support the future growth and sustainability of the program, through the purchasing of equipment, playing strips and coach fees. 

Players must register as individuals for the All Nations tournament, nominating to play in a team of their original heritage in a fun, 5 aside football tournament. The tournament aims to bring together members from across the Lindfield Football Club to compete in an enjoyable day of football, whilst raising vital funds for Lindfield FC’s newest program.

Each player will receive a fully customised playing shirt to be worn on the day and kept. You will be requested your shirt size upon registration.

 

Competition format

Teams will play a minimum of four games, each of 20-25 minutes in length. 

The tournament will consist of a Group Stage. Post Group stage, the tournament will be split, with the top half competing for the All Nations Cup, and the lower half, the All Nations Plate.

Quarter final, Semi finals and Grand final (for Cup and Plate)

 

Tournament details

All players must be 18 years and olderOpen to male and female players

Players must nominate a nation of origin they wish to represent upon registration

Players will receive a fully customised playing shirt to be worn during the tournament

Registration must be paid in full, with close off date Wednesday 10^th October, 2018.

 

Cost

Early Bird special - $50 entry fee per person (open until Saturday 15^th September, 2018)

Regular entry fee - $60 entry fee (16^th September onwards)

All profits will be invested to the Lindfield FC / Active Opportunities disability football programs

Schedule for the day 

Time	Activity
9:00am	Active Opportunities disability football program commences (9am – 9:45am)
9:30am	All Nations tournament arrival time (shirt collection and team formation)
10:00am	Courts available for warm up
10:15am	All Nations Tournament commences
4:00pm	All Nations Tournament conclusion and trophy presentation

 

All family members are welcome to attend, watch and support during the day. The Lindfield Sports Centre is a family friendly environment with seating available inside the clubhouse, as well as outdoor seating for spectators.

A BBQ will be running from 11am to feed the hungry bellies, along with the full bar open.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are actively looking for local businesses interested in becoming an event sponsor. All sponsors will be able to claim a tax deductable receipt for their donation to Active Opportunities Inc.

Various sponsorship packages are available, including banner display and shirt sponsors for all players at the event.
